Vance Military Personnel Flight (MPF)

The Vance Military Personnel Flight (MPF) is responsible for military personnel programs involved in records maintenance, data reporting, and strength accounting. The MPF administers personnel actions on an individual basis for active duty USAF personnel. The MPF manages/executes specified personnel programs as announced in appropriated Air Force and MAJCOM directives. Click below for the MPF 5 sections and its services.

Walk-in’s & scheduled appointments are open for ALL services (CAC Services limited to those expiring within 30 days).

Online Services: We offer the following online services: Dependent/Retiree renewals, Initial Enrollment in DEERS, Replacement of lost/stolen dependent/retiree ID cards, Changes in Affiliation (AD to Retired/Retired to 65/100% DAV/Age 21 to 23 full time student/Age 23 with Tricare Young adult.
