• Basketball/Volleyball Court
  Open court play except when reserved for squadron PT, intramural or varsity games, and special activities. Available for one-hour reservations.
• Cardiovascular Training Room
  Life Fitness treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent and upright bikes, ARC trainers and other equipment.
• Free-Weight Strength Training Room
  Hammer Strength plate loaded equipment and free weights for a full body workout.
• Selectorized Strength Training Room
  Life Fitness selectorized equipment for a full body workout.
• Group Exercise Multi-Purpose Room
  Available when group exercise classes are not in session. Spin bikes, mats, TRX, dumbbells, weighted bars, resistance bands, medicine balls and other exercise equipment available.
• Battle Room
  Functional fitness equipment to include squat racks, benches, and accessory equipment. Sit up bars available.
• Parent/Child Exercise Room
  An exercise space for parents/guardians with young children.
• Racquetball Rooms
  Two courts available for racquetball or wallyball. See the Front Desk to reserve and check out equipment.
• Recovery Room
  Available for cool-down and stretching with foam rollers, bands, and more.
• Locker Rooms
  Equipped with daily use lockers, restrooms, showers, and dry saunas. Towel service is not available.
• Conference/Training Room
  Equipped with computer, 75” TV, DVD player, tables, and chairs to accommodate approximately 20 people. This space can be reserved by calling the Fitness Center Front Desk.
