The Military Interstate Children’s Compact Commission (MIC3) is a national partnership that ensures consistent educational policies for military-connected children as their families relocate. Through the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children, MIC3 addresses common challenges of military life — including enrollment, school placement, course transfer, attendance, and graduation — by providing uniform rules and support across all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
